But while those were the nuts and bolts of the proceedings, the excitement at least from Bradley's perspective, came when the prosecutor objected to bail on the grounds that the crimes of the officers run much deeper than anyone could have believed.

Here's how he described those allegations:

Dickie Bradley, Attorney

"Let me give you this sensational matter and I said in court that I was taken aback and struck by what is like a James Bond plot, because the prosecutor did not follow her script, did not stick to what she said give me a chance to put in my objections and my grounds for objecting. In writing she came with an incredible attack against the 4 officers singling out one of them and saying like they were coercing into a kind of secret organization of police officers who are linking up with other police in other units to be a secret unit that will continue to be getting engage in this matter and that they had already penetrated the confidentiality and the intricate intelligence information inside the police department. That is some heavy stuff. I saw like the officers were taken aback, but then like they were kinda of laughing because like this really... it's one thing to say, members of the G13 are involved in somewhere in the landing of a plane or in a cocaine plane or maybe as officers they heard like whatever, but then to go much further to accused them in court to say that these people - they are very dangerous, they ought not to be given bail, because they have already penetrated the police intelligence operatus - they are already inside the heart and the brains of the police department. that's some frightening things to say in court."
