Grenade In Griga

A suspected grenade was found this afternoon on Church Street in Dangriga Town. It was seen in the middle of the street near one of the town's roundabouts and caused quite a scare.

Police cordoned off the area and called the BDF Bomb Squad but they must have been on a slow train - because up to now - which is five hours after the suspected explosive was first seen - they had not arrived yet.

We'll keep following it.
