But, perhaps counter-intuitively, Faber's supporters feel that the other side of the story needs to be out there.

And Faber alludes to it in his own statement when he says, quote, "I have made a decision to focus my attention on giving my fiancé, in this her time of need, my full attention and support," thus suggesting that she has some type of special need.

This morning on Sunup on 7, his attorney OJ Elrington also hinted at a counter narrative that they feel hasn't been put out there:

"The further statement said that what I said was not exactly not transpired. For those reasons I want to withdraw."

"Isn't that something a victim normally does either way?"

Orson "OJ" Elrington, Attorney for Patrick Faber
"You're saying again a victim, you keep on saying this and you keep on saying perpetrator. These are allegations unsubstantiated."

Host
"You think that these things are kind of made up in the air? Like you are making up story."

Orson "OJ" Elrington, Attorney for Patrick Faber
"Listen to me, there are personal circumstances, I think you and everybody has been in personal situations where you are having a discussion with somebody and you come back a week or day after and your recollection of it is completely different than the other person. Am I right or am I wrong?"

"So, you have never been in a situation where you have one recollection of the facts as they occurred and another person have one recollection of the facts as they occurred."

Host
"Thats not the point."

Orson "OJ" Elrington, Attorney for Patrick Faber
"It is a fundamental point and it is human and that is what we cannot divorce ourselves from that fact, that what we're dealing with, especially in situations of domestic relationships. Its highly emotional. It is not filled with logic. The most powerful tool and the most deadly tool in life is love."

Host
"What about the physical evidence, the harm, the bruises that are displayed. It's not just emotional and logic, but these are physical."

Orson "OJ" Elrington, Attorney for Patrick Faber
"Where one has an investigation and that is why I said it is important that the police conduct an investigation to determine how these things come about."
