We also asked the Commissioner about the criticism directed at him by one of Faber's attorneys, that's OJ Elrington who last week implied that the Commissioner's hard stance against the party leader was both overkill and a purely political attack.

"Sir, a question for you, the public wants to know have you kissed and made up with OJ Elrington?"

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"I have not had any issue with OJ Elrington. OJ Elrington is an attorney, he is being paid to do a certain job and I expect that he is going to do the job that he's being paid for but not at my expense. At the end of the day, I know what my roles and my functions are as the commissioner of police and so long as I discharge my duties to the best of my ability I don't care what anybody has to say and I don't think that it was right for him to be upset about my comments while he was not upset about what it was alleged that his client did. I believe that the allegations against his client are ones that any reasonable person should be upset over."
