And while there are no clues as to what caused the fire at Jah Mundo, down south in Hopkins at Ella's Cool Spot, there are rumors of a property dispute. Surveillance footage points to an act of arson, and reports on the ground are that the owner, Ella Carr, had a property dispute with her neighbor, who owns a competing bar.

While Carr had emphasized that their matter is in the court and she didn't want to cause speculation, ComPol Williams said today that everyone is a suspect at this point.

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"From what we are seeing it is a case of arson. Our investigators have been on the ground looking at all the evidence that do exist, including the video footage that is there. Unfortunately, the video footage is not clear enough to be able to identify who the person is. We are going to employ everything we can to ascertain who that person is and once we can ascertain that person's identity we move forward from there."

"We know that the talk in the village is that there is a dispute and there is a video showing her, Ms Ella disputing with um, somebody who.."

Chester Williams
"A competing neighbor"

Reporter
"So, is he a suspect?"

Chester Williams
"Well, everyone is a suspect at this time. So, certainly because they had a dispute as competing neighbors in the same business that certainly brings him into the fray as a suspect."

Because thatch structures cannot be insured, both Ella's and Jah Mundo area total losses for their owners.
