"When we had him, we had not yet obtained the evidence we have now. His 48 hours was up and we could not have kept him no longer in custody. We now have evidence that can be used to charge him for the crime and now we are in search for him and we cannot find him. But we have put out wanted posters and we are hoping that the public is going to help us to locate him."
Two men have already been charged in connection with the murder: they are 23-year-old Shemaud Nunez and 18-year-old Azzane Domingo, both charged for conspiracy to commit murder.
Damion Saldano has since been caught.
