Armed Robbers Stole Shotgun

Two young men have been arrested after being accused of stealing a shotgun. 44-year-old Jose Arnoldo Garcia reported to police that he rode his bicycle to his farm on the Hummingbird Highway on Thursday, while carrying his 16 gauge shotgun. But, on his way back home, he was held up at gunpoint and robbed of the weapon.

Yesterday, police were able to catch the alleged culprits: 22-year-old Derry Nathanial Bennett, and 19-year-old Jaheim Thomas, both of Roaring Creek. They were charged with two counts of robbery and Aggravated Assault.
