"No more BDF soldiers at Eruption". That's the directive that the Commander of the BDF has sent to his troops about the popular after hours nightclub north of Ladyville. Chief of Staff, Lt. Col. (Lieutenant Colonel) Jermaine Burns confirmed the ban and said, quote, "It is a cautionary measure to keep our soldiers out of the environment of unnecessary risk."

There are reports that Hector Cho - the soldier who was killed in a hit and run on the highway last week Thursday night - may have been at Eruption before he met his demise on the highway. We asked Burns if the ban was a response to that. He said, "(The ban) is something that had been contemplated over time and the accident just gave us leverage to invoke this." He stressed however that the BDF has not confirmed that Cho was at the club, adding, quote, "none of his comrades have confirmed they were there with him or knew that he was there." End quote.
