Daughter Charged For Mother’s Manslaughter

Police are currently investigating a murder that has left a French woman in the morgue. On Monday morning, around 7:30, officers responded to Tres Puntas Road in San Ignacio Town where they found 52-year-old Danielle Veronique Parraton dead in her bedroom. They also observed what appeared to be cut injuries to her neck. A postmortem examination later revealed that Parraton, who was residing in that area, died from asphyxia due to neck compression - or by strangulation. A toxicology report is pending, and police investigations continue.
