She swallowed a pipe to avoid a charge, ended up in KHMH

A woman who tried to avoid being charged for possession of a crack pipe - ended up in the hospital after she swallowed the pipe!

35 year old Jenna Cara Wagner, pleaded guilty to 2 counts of aggravated assault, one count of obstruction and one count of resisting arrest and has been remanded pending sentencing.

Police detained her for handling stolen goods and caught with a crack pipe. But while detaining her she swallowed the three inch pipe and had to be rushed to the KHMH to have it extracted.

She pleaded guilty but claimed she didn't steal the items and instead found them in the trash.
