New Minister of State Martinez Played the part in high level meeting

And while this may have been one of many high level meetings for Mai and his colleagues, today was Minister Osmond Martinez's first in his new capacity as Minister of State for Foreign Trade- and he looked the part in the automatic long sleeve guayabera.

He told us he was ready for the meeting:

"Well, it's my first meeting on this capacity. So I'm on the learning curve, but at the same time as CEO in the Ministry of Economic Development, we did had some engagement with the governor and its officials of Quintana Roo a few months ago."
