And while Guerra did not want to discuss the charges - his 16 year old victim - in the presence of his parents and entire family - spoke to us off camera 20 minutes ago. He has injuries from their encounter including chipped teeth and various bruises, abrasions, and a busted lip. He explained that he's reluctant to go back to school where Guerra is an instructor. We have masked his voice:Voice of 16-year-old victim
"I am not feeling so well. I am not happy with what happened this morning because they gave Mr. Guerra bail, so I ask for justice and I demand for justice and I also want all the teenagers to stand up and let all of the teenaged boys get heard so I would like for there to be some justice and like I said I am not happy with what happened this morning."
"I find it so unfair because for all he did to me, at no moment I gave him consent and he just took action over me and I feel violated, I am also scared, traumatized and I feel very nervous and I really want to go back to school but with all that has happened I feel very insecure. What if I go back to school and he is there since he is one of my lecturers and if I go back to high school and I see him there I will get flashbacks and that will just affect me mentally."
"I'm not really satisfied with what they did because they did not take him to prison since he is out there. I feel really insecure because what if he goes back and tries to do the same or even worse."

Later on In the news, we'll have an interview with one of the boy's uncle.
