More than a month after this mother and son duo were callously killed inside their home in the in the Cedar Street area, police don't appear to be getting any closer to charging anyone. All they have is a facebook live of Patrick "PAto" Jones, which may have prompted the murder to occur. And Jones is still wanted by police. We asked the commissioner for an update on the investigation today.

"Well I do know that the investigators are still trying to put together the evidential material that they have collected they are still trying to establish who are the individuals who are responsible for the shooting so it Is a still ongoing investigation."

"In terms of Pato Jones have you made any connection with him any update on that?"
Dr Richard Rosado, Commissioner of Police
"Well we do know that he is in the US we have not confirmed if he has returned back to Belize but we do believe he is still in the US."
