Last week we told you about Hattieville resident 27 year old Darnell Arnold who was shot and killed in San Ignacio after he opened fire on a police officer's home.
But did the cop fire the shot that killed Arnold? Was it a licensed weapon? And was it a justifiable homicide?
When we met with the commissioner today we asked him for an update on the investigation:

"All I want to say for now is that the incident did occur and the matter is under investigation. We do know that the target was a Police Officer."
Reporter-
"And was the firearm used at the time was it illegal?"
Dr Richard Rosado, Commissioner of Police
"We do know that a pump action shot gun was used and the investigators are trying to ascertain if the person had a license for the firearm."
