And tomorrow we may be closer to knowing who is responsible - as the Prime Minister is set to receive the investigative report from Assistant Commissioner of Police Suzette Anderson. Today we asked the acting commissioner about it - and he was tight lipped. He also said, incredibly, that he too had not seen the surveillance video of the abduction:
Jules Vasquez
"ACP Anderson is going to finish or hand in the investigative report on the Budna matter tomorrow. Are you apprised have you gotten an update?"
Bart Jones, Ag Commissioner of Police
"Yes, the report will be handed in by tomorrow."

Jules Vasquez
"Will you be seeing it? Reviewing it? You see it yet?"
Bart Jones, Ag Commissioner of Police
"The report will be handed in tomorrow. So, it will not see it before the report is handed in tomorrow."
Jules Vasquez
"So you will see it after it is handed in though?"
Bart Jones, Ag Commissioner of Police
"Yes, I will see the report."
Jules Vasquez
"Have in any routine way reviewed the surveillance video?"
Bart Jones, Ag Commissioner of Police
"As I, as I have indicated to the media before, I did not. It is not because of any disinterest, but the investigation is ongoing and so I will allow that to go through."
Jules Vasquez
"But, here, sir, you are to protect the law and order in this country. That's an outlaw event that happened in plain view."
"Everybody in this society has seen it. Why not the chief law enforcement officer?"
Bart Jones, Ag Commissioner of Police
"As I have said, all of that will in due time will be addressed."
Jules Vasquez
"But aren't you just naturally curious at least, sir?"
Bart Jones, Ag Commissioner of Police
"All of that will be addressed in the proper time, Jules."
Jules Vasquez
"But sir, it's amazing to me that the top cop in this country you have not asked for, seen or requested the video."
Bart Jones, Ag Commissioner of Police
"A lot of things that might be amazing to you or other persons, but this is how I chose to do it, my way."
