3 Years Later, Bail For Man Accused Of Double Murder

He was in jail on remand for double murder that happened in August of 2022, but Brian Andrews has gotten bail. His attorney Dickie Bradley told us that Andrews has been out on 30 thousand dollars bail since 16th December. And while bail is rare for murder, much less double murder, his attorney successfully argued to the High Court that Andrews has been in prison for over 3 years without a trial date among other violations of his constitutional rights.

With that he was released on bail, pending trial.
