We've told you about the hundred million US dollar lawsuit against the Royal Kahal resort, filed for being filed for the death of three American tourists by carbon monoxide poisoning.
Well, it's not just the resort; there's a whole list of defendants named as being targets of the suit.
And the long list includes Julius Espat's Strukture Architects Limited and his wife, architect Anna Espat.
We asked Espat about it and he said that the matter is currently before the courts and is being handled by their legal counsel. Additionally, he said that they are confident that the company was wrongly named and that this represents an injustice.
