It's disability week and as per tradition, the Inspiration Center has launched artsy pieces created by their littlest clients. However, this time around, instead of calendars, they created tote bags with the faces and designs of eight children. The bags debuted today and the center's founder, Kim Simplis Barrow, told us why they made the switch.
