Climate Change Makes Its Contributions

And, in other environmental news Belize has submitted its updated Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) to the UNFCCC.

It may sound like bureaucratese to us but tonight a press release from the Climate change office called the send-off of the Document, which was submitted on Wednesday the 1st of September after a year and 4 months of work "A Proud Moment."

We heard more about the contents of the document and why it should be considered uniquely Belizean from C.E.O in the Ministry of Sustainable Development Kenrick Williams:

The current NDC is an update of the 2016 NDC, Belize submits an NDC every 5 years.
