And for those who have been vaccinated, there was buzz on social media this morning after the MOH app was released on Apple's App Store. This was much to the chagrin of Android users who could not find it in the Play Store - and led to howls of discontent on Facebook.
This app is supposed to act as a digital vaccination card, so that you can access the information right on your phone rather than having to carry the physical card.
But Apple users noticed a lot of bugs, and eventually the app was taken off the store. MOH later issued a release explaining that the app is still in its trial phase and the unofficial information was leaked by employees at the ministry. The details for the official launch of the COVID 19 vaccination app will be officially announced at a later date.
