The Man Behind Bukele

Earlier we showed you the SICA meeting in Placencia. As we told you, none of the region;s presidents attended but Salvador's Nayib Bukele did send his vice president.

Bukele is currently creating lots of buzz after he spoke out 3 days ago, as he opened the Central American games, to tell international journalists that they need to hear from his people before labelling his tactics as dictatorial. He's referring to his approval rating which is in the 80% range.

This afternoon those words were defended by Bukele's Vice President Felix Ulloa (Uyowa), who told 7News that international bad press against his president is just sensationalism and mischief from the opposition.
