And while Prosser might still be Chairman according to the Miami Judge in a judgement issued yesterday, he should be in a majority position. In its conclusion, the judgement says that Prosser should have a total of six directors on the board which would constitute control of the board. The judge also found that government did "irreparable harm" to Prosser's ICC when it removed his four directors.

The judgement notes that when Solicitor General Elson Kaseke was questioned about the legality of removing the directors, he could not, "offer a single case, statute or legal authority in Belize to support his theory." Of course, government's position is that it doesn't really matter what the Miami Judge says because Belize's Chief Justice has declared that those judgements are un-enforceable in Belize. This even after government voluntarily submitted to Florida jurisdiction.
