The hearings for the DFC Commission of Inquiry have been postponed for another week. After breaking for the September holiday in August, they were supposed to have resumed tomorrow. But today, a release from the commission announced that hearings are suspended “until further notice” because of, “urgent medical treatment being received by the Commission’s Chairman”.

As we understand it, Chairman David Price has long suffered with diabetes. Price today told us that he would hope that – in the best case scenario – pending the performance of a new medication – he would hope hearings could resume as early as next week.
