Unions Call for Boycott of Michael Ashcroft's Companies

The National Trade Union Congress held an emergency meeting last night, and resolved to take actions to protest the firing of Communication Workers General Secretary Christine Perriot.

But what are those actions? Today NTUCB's spokesman Dylan Reneau said those decisions will only be known to government, "when they feel it." But the NTUCB is asking the public to join it tomorrow in a one day boycott of businesses owned by Michael Ashcroft, including BTL, the Belize Bank and the Radisson Fort George.
