It's a big week for some top government ministers - because they are going to engage in what will be the most difficult consolation of their young government. On Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister, Cordel Hyde, Minister of Education, Francis Fonseca, and Minister of the Public Service, Henry Charles Usher will lead a budget consultation meeting with the Public Service Union. And on Friday, they will lead one with the National Trade Union Congress of Belize.

A release from the NTUCB says, quote, "The inclusion of the National Trade Union Congress and other social partners in the proposed budget planning is significant...(the)first efforts for an inclusive and participatory governance approach." End quote.
