Today, Barrow said that this is yet another example of the shortcomings of the Minister, Kareem Musa, and criticized him for resorting to a state of emergency, which Musa had formerly chastised the UDP for.
Barrow said the PUP are currently at the same place that the UDP was when the public voted them out.
