And the fostering system isn't the only change the Ministry has seen recently. The previous CEO, Tanya Santos, was transferred to the Ministry of Immigration, while the other CEO, Marconi Leal Jr, who once belonged to the Ministry of Transport, will be joined by Adele Catzim, who had replaced Leal at that same ministry.
