And here in Belize City, the PUP slate planned the launch of their manifesto for tomorrow night, but it was postponed and rescheduled to Monday morning.

But when we asked the PM about it today, he gave all current and aspiring politicians some hard won advice from the political battlefield:

John Briceno, Prime Minister

"I guess they would be the best person to address that but we were ready to do the launch but we felt that I think it's best to go on the ground, go house to house and give everybody a manifesto and then to be able to talk to them even briefly. Parties is good and then people go out there to have a few beers and have fun and create some excitement but for us, the more long term effect is to be able to go house to house, that does not change, I tell every person, if you want to be a successful politician you need to be able to walk under the sun, to walk under the dust, to walk under the rain and mud and visit your voters and make sure you have that connection with them. And so the city council felt, instead of spending time with that, better, tomorrow and the rest of the days, to go out house to house to give a copy of the manifesto to everyone."
