And keeping the focus on politics...
In our headline last night we told you what we heard from PUP Corozal Bay Area Rep - that she was being pushed out of her constituency office - by her own party.
Well, today the PUP came right back at her. They say that's not the Constituency Office - which she gets a monthly 2,300 dollar subvention for - it's the PUP divisional office which she gets rent free. PUP Talk show host Vaughan Gill led the attack this morning:

"My understanding is that Thea had written to Elvi since this is the PUP's office, just asking her for them to share the office, because you've been using it as area representative. And now she's a standard bearer. This is the home of the People's United Party. But sometimes when you're blinded by trying to get even. you missed some points"
"You have been getting funds monthly for a constituency office!.And in the end you have been using the party asset. Now that party asset can be shared. There's nothing wrong with that. Now, where has that money been going to if, if, if that is the PUP's office, which I know is the PUP's office."
And while Gill leads a scathing attack as the PUP mouthpiece - the man who he spends his entire working day attached to was much more circumspect. The PM today said he did not want to get into a back and forth.

"I really don't want to go into a back and forth no more than just to say. It's unfortunate that that we're bringing out this in public because it helps. No one. That building belongs to the PUP And so I want to leave it as that."
And this afternoon, the new PUP Standard Bearer in Corozal Bay Thea Garcia posted a statement on the story. She says, quote, "while it would have been convenient to use the PUP office, it is not indispensable. My work as Standard Bearer of the People's United Party does not require the use of a particular office space and can happen from anywhere. …I therefore invite Hon Elvia Vega Samos to continue to occupy said premises with my blessings as long as she feels it is necessary for her to do so."
