It may not be chaos, but there is certainly more than a hint of contention in Prime Minister John Briceno's Cabinet as Tuesday's Cabinet shuffle is starting to unravel. LOVE FM reports that it has confirmed that Henry Charles Usher - who was supposed to take over the Minister of Home Affairs and Enterprise has rejected that portfolio assignment - reportedly saying he would prefer to remain with the Ministry of the Public Service. According to reports, Oscar Mira, who is the Minister of Defence and Border Security will step up to also take on Home Affairs.

There is no official confirmation tonight but while that may seem simple enough, it would have a cascading effect on Usher's portfolios which had already been reassigned - and it would force the Prime Minister into a second round of portfolio deliberations- basically remixing the re-shuffle. We'll have to wait and see what comes out of that.
