E-Gov Ministry Starts Consultation Process On National ID

Consultations for the national ID started last night in Orange Walk and the second round is currently ongoing at the Biltmore Plaza in Belize City. The national ID is a major undertaking by the Ministry of E-Governance that will create a digital ecosystem, linking your other forms of identification, and allowing for more online processes. But before that happens, the ministry will travel around the country consulting with the public and hearing your concerns and criticisms. Ahead of today's session, we spoke with the CEO, Jose Urbina.
