BTL Internet and Telephone Services Disrupted By Cut Fiber

There was a major disruption in BTL's services today - and it caused some businesses and homes on the Northside of the city to be crippled without phone or internet all day.

A notice from the company today said quote: "Digi advises that you may be experiencing issues w/ DigiNet & DigiTel services due to a fiber cut in the area. DigiTech's are working to restore services." End quote

But tonight the company is claiming that those difficulties have all been resolved with a second release which says quote: "Digi advises its PrePaid customers that our service menus have been fully restored." End quote.
