Today police also solved last weekend's other murder. This afternoon 24-year-old boat captain James Swan Jr. was charged one count of murder for allegedly killing Tyrone Felix. As we've reported, Felix was jogging to his Gill Street home after the Tanya Stephens concert when he was ambushed from behind and executed with a bullet to the back of his head. CIB Chief Chester Williams says Felix's murder was spurred by an earlier disagreement.

ASP Chester Williams,
"That too from what we gathered during the investigation started at the City Center. There was a misunderstanding between him and the deceased."

Jackie Woods, Channel 5
"About what?"

ASP Chester Williams,
"We don't know."

Swan is defended by attorney Michael Peyrefitte. No plea was taken and he was remanded to the Hattieville prison until June 16th.
