As was the case with DJ Busch, this morning Said Perdomo was released from police custody without being charged. Perdomo turned himself into police on Monday afternoon. He today told us that while he was hanging out with the other suspects at the concert, he played no part in the murder. In the presence of his attorney Michael Peyrefitte he told us he is a business partner of Kee's brother Brian but was also close friends with one of the Brannon brothers.
Said Perdomo, Questioned About Murder
"I had absolutely no involvement with the incident that happened Saturday night and the only reason I was detained by the police officers was for questioning and I was detained on Monday afternoon and turned myself in. Contrary to what the other media was saying that I was detained yesterday with the other suspects, I turned myself in on Monday because of the rumors that were spreading. My phone was ringing off the hook so I just decided to come in. I made an appointment with Mr. Williams to come and I was accompanied by my lawyer. I had no involvement in the incident at all."

Said Perdomo,
"Yes that my condolences goes out to Mrs. Brannon and Mr. Brannon and ganisha Brannon and that my heart goes out to them. I've known Kevin for seven years, I worked with him for two years. I went to school with Ganisha and I have nothing, absolutely nothing to do with this incident. I am a reputable businessman, I spent five years in the United States getting my Master's Degree. I am not a street thug, I have no reason to come down here and partake in these kind of actions and my heart really goes out to Kevin."
