And while Rosalez recovers from the injuries inflicted by her common law husband another San Pedro resident Eloy Hernandez is at the KHMH also recovering after he was attacked by his stepson.

Sometime around 5:30 on Saturday march 3rd Hernandez was involved in an argument with his 19 year old step son. At the time the young man identified as Victor Portillo picked up a piece of board and struck Hernandez in the head. He is now hospitalized with serious head injury.

Police are now looking for Portillo to charge him with attempted murder. Meanwhile his stepfather is at the KHMH in a critical condition.
