Betito Saragosa's Accused Killers Walk Free

After two years in jail awaiting trial for killing Alberto Saragosa Jr., this morning Kyle Edwards and Roger Batty walked out of the court as free men. The men were released after prosecutor Tracy Sosa entered a nolle pros. The case was withdrawn because the main witness could not be located.

Saragosa Jr., or Betito as he was commonly known, was killed execution style in Old College Beach on July 6th of 2005. Kyle Edwards was represented by Michael Peyrefitte while Leo Bradley represented Roger Batty.
