Just now, we told you about a fire caused by butane and a lighter. It's a story that would pain Orange Walk resident Eustacio Tus, a man who yesterday also lost his home to the damage done by a lighter. And this morning as he addressed this fire, ACP Myvette told us that in this case the lighter in question was wielded by a minor.

"On yesterday's date sometime around 9:30 a.m. Eustacio Tus of a August Pine Ridge address in the Orange Walk district, visited the Orange Walk police station and reported that on Saturday sometime around 7:45 p.m. whilst he was inside his yard with other family members he was alerted that his home was on fire as a result he quickly rushed in and observed that a mattress in one of the room was on fire, he was unable to extinguish the fire which caused the home to be burnt down. What the police is getting that a family of his whom is a minor was playing with a lighter which caused the fire police are investigating this matter at this point in time."
