The defendants are 29-year-old Reese Anthony Fitzgibbon, a resident of Supal Street, 19-year-old Adrian Andrew Welch, a resident of River Street; 32-year-old Michael Lionel Francis, a resident of Munoz Alley; 24-year-old Jason Horace Anderson, aka Jason "Soup" Williams, 25-year-old James Fitzgibbon, also of Supal Street.

Reese Fitzgibbon, Adrian Welch, Jason Horace Anderson, and James Fitzgibbon are all being accused of being members of the Supal Street Bloods. Michael Francis is being accused of being a member of the Majestic Alley Crips.

They were all arraigned in Magistrate's Court on the offense of being a member of a criminal gang, and they all pleaded not guilty to the offense. They have been charged under the new amendment to the Crime Control & Criminal Justice Act. This charge carries an automatic lockdown at the prison for a not-guilty plea, and prison time if the accused person pleads guilty.

All 5 defendants pleaded not guilty to the offense, and they were remanded into custody at the Belize Central Prison until June 22, 2022, their next court date. They have all been informed that they have a right to apply for Supreme Court bail with the assistance of an attorney.
