Mother of 4, Celia Carballo was knocked down and killed in May of this year in Ladyviille, while riding on the back of her common law's motorcycle. The couple were on their way home when 28-year-old, Ector Soler, who was on another motorcycle ran into them on the Phillip Goldson Highway. All three persons were injured but Carballo did not survive the accident. Today Soler - who drove a Ducati superbike - appeared in court unrepresented for his arraignment before Magistrate Mannon Dennison. He was read three traffic offenses of manslaughter by negligence; causing death by careless conduct and drove motor vehicle without due care and attention. Due to the nature of the charges no plea was taken from him.

He returns to court on November 21st and received bail of $7,000 dollars.
