Police have made no arrests in the home invasion turned murder in Los Lagos on Saturday night.
Robbery was not the motive for the gunman that barged into the home of Marco Miranda and fatally shot him in front of his wife - with his children in the bedroom. We asked police for more details on this murder today and here's what they told us.

"On Thursday, police responded to the shooting at, Los Lagos upon arrival they saw the lifeless body of a male person identified as Marco Miranda and information is that he was at home along with his family when someone stamped the door open and a person fired several shots at him causing his fatal injuries.An investigation is being carried out at this time and we are not certain as to a motive but several leads are being followed at this time."
"We have several leads and information that is coming but at this time we have not clearly established a motive and the investigation continues at this time."
"No we do not suspect a robbery."
