As we told you earlier, San Pedranos tonight protested the conviction of a high school teacher who was found guilty of sexually assaulting two second form students. The event is organized by his daughter Vivian Noralez who spoke to our Jaleeza Roberts:
Vivian Noralez, Daughter

"Well, I mean, from here it's just filing the appeal and waiting to see what's the outcome of that. My dad was an active coach in the community, and he didn't just start. This is something that he's been doing for years."
"I mean, it's not the first time, and there's many parents that have trusted their children with my dad. My dad wakes up five o'clock in the morning, 5.30 in the morning, and you can ask all these students behind me that are part of the team."
"You know, and their parents trust them for them to be out there with my dad. Not only that, he figures out a way to get them at home, even if he needs to take them there personally. He pays taxes out of his pocket."
"He pays taxi, he pays food for them. He pays whatever it takes to take care of these students."

"Man, it's really rough. Right now, we're all out here and it's like we don't know exactly how to start. To some, Mr. Alex, maestro to some, to us, could be big, could be small, could be grown, could be young."
"To us, it's dad. The reason that I am out here to show the support is just that, like I said, the system in our country with the light, it really needs to fix."
