Last night we told you that a police officer had been charged with incest after allegedly having sex with his 14 year old niece against her will. The incident reportedly occurred on Friday, March 30th. Tonight, that police constable on remand after he was arraigned on a charged of incest.

The 46 year old cop was represented today by attorney Oscar Selgado. No plea was taken and he was remanded until May 28th. However, Selgado has already started the process of applying for bail for his client.
