And while those public officers at Elections and Boundaries were busy counting the signatures, the senior management staff at the Ministry of Public Service started their two day Emotional Intelligence Seminar.
Emotional intelligence refers to how one understands and manages their own emotions, keeping in mind how those emotions affect others.
And that's why public officers were the targets for this seminar. The Ministry believes that the complaints of ill-mannered officers correlates with a lack of emotional intelligence.
