The only thing Minister Garcia seems to agree with is that the working conditions at the center could use some improvement, and the facility is in need of work. She says that it's something she has already discussed with her CEO and CFO.

"We are doing some work in all of our facilities not only on those facilities like New Beginnings for child care, but across all the facilities because I do want to agree with you that some of them are better kept than others and some of the facilities are a bit older. Just yesterday we have completed an entire revamping of the electrical system in electrical wiring of new beginnings and there are orders being filled for furniture for instance and to ensure there is that level of comfort and I have advocated enough and we have, there is going to be some air conditioning because the weather had gotten increasingly hot, so now that I have said it on television and I am on record and you have recorded me, my CEO and FO will have no other choice but to ensure that we have some air conditioning so I want to thank you for allowing me the space to ensure that we go on record and so that thanks to you as well and all our media friends, at least in the common areas and common spaces and as well these are things that have to do with budget I wish I could tell you well we are going to fix it all at once but these are things that are ongoing."
