And speaking of the PUP, what about the Said Musa arrest. 8 days ago the DPP told us it would happen in a few days. But it hasn’t materialized and what promised to be biggest round of political fireworks in months has fizzled.

And while the delay is in the DPP’s Office which has its own timelines and deadlines to grapple with, it comes off as bad politics for the Barrow Administration.

But it does show that there is no political impetus driving the process, because if there were we’d like to think it would have gotten done already. Second, there are those within the Cabinet who, shall we say, have adopted a lukewarm stance to the arrest.
