And while it may not be corruption, government insiders tell us that it is certainly irregular that no gazette has been published detailing the assignment of various government departments under government ministries.

"Directions in writing" for ministerial responsibilities have been circulated - and a "Gazette Extraordinary" was expected - but none has been forthcoming. There have also been no details in the gazettes of 14, 21, or 28 November - which has left quite a few scratching their heads.
