In March, the newly re-elected PUP government forced UDP leader Shyne Barrow to turn in his diplomatic passport, with the diplomatic visa - since he was no longer a member of the National Assembly. It wasn't exactly a move of high statecraft, but for the PUP, it served its purpose, because it grounded Barrow and left him without a visa. But, if nothing else, Shyne Barrow is known to be relentless and tonight he's gotten back to the US - what he calls his second home of New York. How did he do it? Well, sources tell us he went through the formal channels and got his own US visa - without any help or diplomatic assistance from the Briceno administration.

And after traveling on Wednesday, this morning he posted this video:

Barrow says there will be a special announcement tomorrow on the 25th Anniversary of his first album "Shyne".
