Enriquez says they expected to be in court tomorrow, and the proceedings can go either way:
Hubert Enriquez, President of ABPRO
"We are hoping to accomplish very much the same things that the appeal was supposed to accomplish, you know, which is to issue funds to beneficiaries. And so we are at the point now where in fact what we noted is in suing the government the government also brought in those persons who were the main claimants of the appeal which is who were from the previous case. So they are also a part of this case. They are brought in as an entrusted party in the case because the government has filed a case against the PSWT in addition to ourselves. So they themselves have actually filed a case against the PSWT asking for the same thing we have been asking for except they have agreed to certain issues we have actually put forward. So it will be interesting to see how it plays out tomorrow because there are 2 cases that are on schedule for the same time and so perhaps they are trying to see how they work it out you know instead of having different hearings and to have it together but very much the government is saying really much of what we are saying, there are a few differences and I can't go into them right now but you know we would have hoped they would have said to just do it together but it is not possible at this time."
