And just to refresh the memory a bit on what their demands have been, Enriquez says not much has changed and they simply want what they are entitled to.

"The first thing would be that all the monies that are in the accounts for the PSWT as well as the assets of the PSWT that there is a declaration from the court that those belong to the beneficiaries of the PSWT, and that they be turned over to the beneficiaries that there is a mechanism set up to do that. That the government itself ordered to indicate a list of beneficiaries those persons who are entitled or there during the time of the increment freeze and who would be beneficiaries. And even up to todays date we don't yet have a list of beneficiaries who are entitled to this whole thing so we are asking that the government prepare and submit a list of all those persons who are beneficiaries of this trust. We also want for the court to."
"Also in regards to the properties of the PSWT because they have property like for instance the BTL shares. All those things we have to take into account of them. We also need to get an audit, a proper audit of the accounts of the PSWT and to determine, you know, in fact if they are accurate or any misappropriation of funds in those accounts. And then we also want an injunction which will restrain the PSWT from carrying out any further functions and that the courts, you know, we set up a mechanism to deal with the order of the trust and the distribution of assets to beneficiaries."
