And while he freely disavows the current leader of the UDP, you won't hear Barrow blasting the PUP. In fact he says that he and the PM have a good relationship and he seems to have no difficulties with the Briceno Administration:

"In contrast to Tracy, I don't see how you can have any great difficulty with the Briceno administration. There are things that I have, I may have my objections, but I call the Prime Minister and I give him constructive criticism as a patriot because I am not the leader of the UDP. They don't even want me in the central executive, but that will change shortly because there is no doubt that the current leadership of the UDP has to go. That is unquestionable. But the same thing Tracy Panton and Faber used to say, how can I look at Briceno when the UDP is below rock bottom? We need to fix the UDP and we need to rescue the UDP promptly."
